The doc gave me some (5mg Oxycode/325mg tylenol) and it's not really doing a darn thing. I don't feel any different and my toe doesn't feel any better or worse.

Anyone taken it?

I say screw the painkillers, wait a day or so for it to wear off and then drink. A lot.

Save the painkillers for when you REALLY need them. 😀

5 mg is pretty dang week. At your weight I'm not surprised it doesn't have much affect.

take 2-3 and read the physcians desk reference for proper dosage info.

Percocet (sp?) is a narcotic so don't overdo it.

But at only 5 milligrams and your weight, it ain't gonna do crap.

When I had my vasectomy I started with the 5mg but called back the next day since it made no difference in the pain, he gave me a 15mg prescription instead, which made a great difference. Pain was gone and I could still feel fine to drink my beer.
 
I took the stuff in 1995, after some bast@rd shot me through the hand. One day i forgot how much I had taken, and took too much. My dog began talking to me, and i called my girlfriend at the time to tell her about the conversation I had with him. I told her that Chance was really smart and knew a lot about life and that we should listen to him.

Needless to say, I did not drive home from her place that night.

That wasn't the opiate, kid. You are just a moron. Opiates don't cause hallucinations or such deep perceptual shifts.
