How do I rest my wrist when I work on computers? It's injuries like this that make me understand and not want to take for granted our body parts. Anyone who has a career working with computers, when you sprained your wrist, how long did it take to heal? I fell off the bed on Saturday night (drunk) and I braced myself with my hand. It didn't hurt until the next day. It isn't broken as there was no swelling nor was there any bruising and it doesn't hurt that bad. It's more like a minor annoyance but I don't want to hurt it more with the amount of typing and mouse moving I do with computers. I already have an ergonomic keyboard and a decent mouse. Thanks for the tips I'm all ears.
