My googling has lead me to about 3 different ways of modifying the Windows 2000 professional start button icon. Modifying the text is fine, but the icon, there's a few different methods I've read.
Has anyone here done it, and which method did you use?
I've read that the icon is contained in USER.exe, USER32.dll and explorer.exe
I don't know which of these is correct, as yes, they all contain the icon, but I don't know which of the methods is the right one, and I don't want to go around changing all these things if I can find which method definately works.
Who knows, they might all work, but I'd like to hear from anyone who's managed it before I go changing stuff.
Thanks
EDIT:
OK, looks like using TClock is the way to go.
