After jumping through all the hoops and gettting everything filled in correctly I continiously get this message:

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again. If you continue to experience difficulty please email customer service at ms64bitupgrade@productorder.com

This is not the message you get if your trying to use an invalid version as far as I can tell, as when i misstyped the key once it gave me a different error.

So, has anyone been able to successfully order their copy yet?

Sorry... xp-64 bit from xp-32 pro.

Edit: Oh and it finally worked about an hour ago after trying all day.
