I wanna know if they've improved since the last threads I saw.

I want to rent games and movies (bluray and HDDVD), but I don't want to have to have a Gamefly AND Netflix subscription, so I figure that Gameznflix would be the best of both.

How are they right now?
Are they better? (all the old threads about them had mostly bad reviews from AT users)
Should I not worry about it and just get a sub to both Netlfix and Gamefly?
How is their selection? Are many games "long/short wait?"

I have had them as recently as 2 months ago.. Terrible service, turn around time etc. Returned media would end up "missing" quite a bit. I canceled and went with Gamefly. Not really watching many movies right now, so I passed on netflix.

I had them for a while about 6 months ago. They sucked hardcore. Their website has improved since it started, but their service was absolute crap. Gamefly was faster when I used them, and they took 2 weeks sometimes to get me my games.

I am using it right now. I am pleased, but that may be because one of their distribution centers is 30 minutes from my house.

I signed up 3 days ago and they've yet to send any of the items in my queue. I called their customer service number and it tells me to email all questions. Why even have a custom service number (as your only option for support) when it just tells people to email?

I signed up for them excited by the low monthly price and 2 weeks free. What they dont tell you is that the free doesnt count towards games, and I waited 3 days to get my first item. I think they have one copy of every game. Definately going to be cancelling that crap.

Gamefly may cost more but it is 100% more reliable and easier to get new games through. I had gameznflix for a year and it sucked horribly. I've had gamefly for about 2 years now and it's great.

I've had gameznflix close to a year now. I have the one game out-at-a-time plan, but I haven't gotten a game in 6 months! I am canceling before my next billing date. FYI I have 8 titles in my queue, both for 360, and Wii.

I would have cancelled 5 months ago. I cancelled today, went with gamefly.

I've decided to cancel, and I haven't even gotten a game yet. They haven't shipped a game in 5 days and they have no customer service.
