Anyone still read books?

Ive spent so much time reading online that i cant remember the last time i read a good book..

Whats the last good book you've read?

I just finished reading Primo Levi's "Survival in Auschwitz" for a class. I don't really have any "fun" books lined up (too much reading for my classes takes the fun out of reading to relax).

I recently read Kite Runner but thought it was a bit overrated. I liked it but it wasn't the best book I've read or anything. I liked Mountains Beyond Mountians because it was pretty inspiring.

My favorite authors are George R.R. Martin, Robin Hobb, and Orson Scott Card.

Last two were 'Gates of Fire' about the battle of Thermopylae and 'Eagle in the Snow' about campaigns during the fall of Rome. Both excellent.

as soon as the summer starts I am going to get back into reading The God Delusion. However, the amount of reading I have had to do for classes has presented a problem for reading.
I may also re-read Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, and/or read Michael Crichton's new book, Next.
however, it counts as a book, of sorts... I'll be reading Darren Aronofsky's graphic novel of The Fountain. Also have the other special edition book (ordered accidentally but liked anyway), which includes the screen play in official printed form.

I don't know if this is weird or not, but I haven't read a whole book in my life. Not even during my school years...

I read tons of magazines, newspapers and the internet though...lol

Nightfall - Issac Asimov

Currently reading Nemesis, also by Asimov

The Ender's Shadow Series (and Ender's Game) by Orson Scott Card are also great.

Also currently reading O'reilly's "Learning Python"

Currently working on The Satanic Verses by Salman Rushdie. Trying to choose between Divine Comedy. Canteburry Tales or Paradise Lost afterwards

freakonomics was pretty good, some different thoughts there, on the guns, germs & steel line 'ithe great nfluenza' by john barry was excellent
as far as fiction, i got hooked on david baldacci recently and have been going thru his books enjoying each of them as quick fun reads.

Go with Chaucer afterwards.
