Anyone still playing StarCraft?

I used to play it till I got addicted to CS literally. My friends still play it, its all they talk about 🙁

What other games are you all playing during this moment?

i still love it, but since school started i havent played in a while 🙁 I really got into Use Map Settings games on b.net it was really cool. gotta play this weekend. I dont think i spent as much time playing any game as i did playing starcraft.

I love StarCraft. I used to play for most of the day, now, though, its rare that I play once a week.

Still, probably the best PC game ever made.

You guys think WarCraft 3 will live up? I think its going to suck compared to SC, its totally different from the way the top down view and pure strategy genre that WarCraft 1/2, and Starcraft is. Its going to get a lot of getting use to, but once I get use to it, I'm going to kick ass!!! 😉

AlphaIVT, WC3 will likely be lame. Bliz's first design looked extremely cool but they've dumbed it down recently so it'll be "just another rpg clone". It might sell like hotcakes but the particular among us will pass it by...

WC3 is going to be awesome. Mix Diablo and Warcraft's gameplay, throw in a continous (no load) 3d world, make it party based (you have 6 guys in your party that you lead, and you fight stuff) and you have one hell of a fun gamne.

IMO StarCraft is the best PC game ever. Still my favorite. Went through WC2, Red Alert, Quake, Quake II, UT, Quake III, etc.. They all get boring pretty quickly, but SC is different, it just kicks ass.

sorry westwood fan...er ex westwood fan here...

my group of friends were all command n conq/red alert players. No blizzard software was on our systems. I will admit it was okay. In fact i think total annhilation got played more than star craft did.

However westwood really screwd up with tiberian sun (lame), and total annhilation kingdoms was an EXTREME let down.

oh well....

One word (well maybe 2)... DIABLO II. Starcraft is still cool but no competition to Diablo II.
