i love playing it. just got back into it again and with the exception of Technolust, there seem to be few servers that are well-run and full of generally good players.

i was on a server last night and got kicked for saying i didnt think it was right for one of my team members to attempt to call a vote to kick a player from the other team who was better, simply to even the odds.
 
Ever since I got UT2K4, I stopped playing. ET was definitely fun, and I was pretty good at it. Maybe I should download it again and see how good I can get.
 
I played it for a few months, then went back to plain old RtCW. The class and play balance just seems out of whack in ET.

Oh, and yeah...a lot of retard servers where crap like that happens. I joined a server where everyone was just TKing eachother. When I complained on some one for TKing me...a call vote kick came up and I was gone.
 
sh!#storm servers are pretty good. Check our their sh!#storm chaos and sh!#storm extreme servesThe PC I am using at home can't play BF 1942/vietnam or anything else, so I just stick to ET.
 
IPKonfig's is pretty good. Sh!tstorm, CW clan, USA, anything with a low ping and players on it is good.
 
thanks for all the server suggestions. i was going with the whole "whatever has a low ping" philosophy but kept getting stuck with racist, homophobic idiots who would TK me for not following their orders; hideous team-play with no sense of the maps and no respect for their fellow players.
