anyone still play freespace 2?

this game is so amazing...totally underrated. if you havn't played it, and like spacesims, go and buy it while you still can.

Great game, as was Freespace 1. Loved the story, and hope they eventually come out with a 3rd game (made by Volition ).

what was going to be freespace 3 turned into Red Faction IIRC. or maybe that was descent 4. either way, i hope theres another one...it was set up so well for a sequel...

One of my fav games too. Sims, besides MS Flight Simulator, in general, are not doing well.

I loved both FreeSpace and FreeSpace 2. And the video inter-scenes were just wonderful... Haven't played it for some time.

The name was so forgotten, I didn't even make the connection with his name on that forum until he posted what other game he worked on. And then I remembered.
