anyone still have the sticky key problem with rogue spear using winxp?

Everytime I tap the arrows to move alittle sometimes it moves a long time before stoping, I remember this sticky key problem occured in win2000 when playing rogue spear, but is this problem suppose to still be here in winxp final version? is there a fix for this from redstorm? is this a problem microsoft is suppose to deal with or redstorm entertainment?

I have it still. I double tap and that keeps things from sticking...
