Alone? Nope...we had dinner with about 200 other members of the local Elks Lodge...and had a great time.

I worked on Thanksgiving but I did get a chance to go to family supper before heading to my shift. Stat pay FTW though! It's like double time and a half or something like that. That was a few months ago here. I always found it interesting how Thanksgiving in the states is so late, as here it's pretty much Christmas. Everyone is putting their lights up etc.

Yes. Alone yesterday. Family is overseas, and I didn't want to take time off and drive 6 hours to see sister and her family. I got all sorts of stuff done!

Was so busy that I didn't eat until like 8PM last night. I had turkey and swiss on a croissant.

No regerts!

Edit: Also... posting this from inside the lab. No one else is at work today. It's nice! It's why I'm here.

Nope, and I'm going to Aruba tomorrow for my birthday week with a group of 6 people!

Nope. Just me and the Mom.
We had a good time. Ate at a restaurant, no cleanup, went straight home, avoided drama.

Yeah, I worked and watched football. I had invites, but I was still a little sick and was behind on work. I don't really like Thanksgiving, so it worked out well.

I think it just coincides with the time we tricked a bunch of people into giving us their food then slaughtered them shared a nice meal with the natives back when America was first starting up.
