Depending on how the context is, would it mean that the "guys" (you all) are cute, or 'you' as in the person receiving it?

The beginning part is "you all"

as in:
you guys are cool

the second part is singular
as in:
you are cute

Anyone can be anyone on the Internet.

I had a friend with a Russian girlfriend on the Internet. He went to pick her up at the airport after several months. She was a no show. I even gave him a good bottle of wine for the occasion.
