It's been a while since I've studied any, but I'm guessing that's something close to "Welcome, what is your name?" (I could be, and probably am, way off here). 😱

Some foreign languages can not be translated directly, so what you read in one dictionary might differ from what your teacher says, but only slightly. Needless to say, I was way off in my feeble attempt at translation. Here's what one online Latin dictionary has to say:
