So I sent my laptop to them about 2 weeks ago, finally got a 'response' that they got it. But they claim the top of the laptop has
Which is $50 less than I was quoted for, so I responded and said I'd like it back --- it's a 2.5 year old laptop, no laptop is going to be in brand new shape. Regardless, the laptop looks excellent. There is one scratch on the cover and I don't know what they are talking about with the keyboard, it's perfect. I think they just find problem in order to lower the value, since I assume most people just say eh screw it you can keep it.
I was wondering if they are like Cash4Gold where the first offer is a lowball, then if you say no they give you a more fair one. Either way I want it back to just eBay it.
