Anyone setup a Beowulf cluster before?

Just wondering if anyone here has setup a Beowulf cluster before, whats involved, how you got your hardware, etc.

Yes we did, Just a few weeks ago. 6 nodes P200 PRO. It worked nice but we didn't get the rc5 client to work under it. We did manage to run 6 seperate Clients but thats no fun. We wanted one client with 6 crunshers.

I have one RC5 client with 6 crunchers on my ALR 6x6 PPro 200 rack unit!

But I'm not using Beowulf for it.

Someone around here said they set up a mosix cluster (www.mosix.org) and dnet saw all their CPU's...

personally I've been thinking of setting up a Win2k cluster just to see if i can...Thinking of putting together 4 dual cpu systems....
