Anyone seen those nowwhat.com commercials?

They've been advertising around my campus too. I saw a bike tire locked to a bike rack, except the bike was missing. Attached was a sign which said nowwhat.com. They made it look like the bike was stolen. Strange way of advertising. It got me to look though.
