prob.not,considering that most of the modern day heatsinks are very tall.

You will need a low-pro HSF. Perhaps a radial HSF like some of the Zalmans might fit. That's the big drawback of those lowPro cases: limited choice of CPU cooling and cooling in general. Plus you have to use half-height (or LowPro) add-on cards - once again limiting choice. Here is one that give you a bit more freedom of choice: Atenatech A100 series - and this one is almost free! I think these come with feet like the A100 so you can lie it down or stand it up. Comes with a wimpy PSU, but at that price... They also have an HTPC case that can take a full ATX mobo and others in the A100 series that have a stouter PSU. But none of those are almost free...
