My friend says theres this "special" McDonalds that opened up in a rich suburb. It looks like a real restaurant with tables and stuff and he says the food is like 20 times better than a reg McD. He said the town wouldn't let them build one because it would make their town look cheap or something. Has anyone else in some suburb seen one? i'm not talking about the special themed ones (we have one here in Chicago downtown) because those still has crappy food and still looks like a McD.

the only special mcdonald's i know of is the one in orlando...that's the worlds largest, down on international drive. they have a huge arcade/playplace, a coffeeshop, handmade pizzas, 2 story place....just a tourist trap basically, but no real special food

McDonald's restaurants in Europe (Moscow in Russia, Bucharest in Romania) are actually pretty decent. Two floors, mirror walls, extremely clean and shiny. Food is pretty much the same though... :p

In college there was a Burger King with a marble tile floor and the trash bins opened automatically for you as you approached. However it was the same food.
