I've searched but it seems very few places sell this heatsink and I haven't found a single review. I guess its quite new.
 
That looks like it's for servers where there is lots of airflow. I'm not sure it would work very well in a traditional desktop environment.

Looks like a decent heatsink, but for $50-$65 :Q (prices I've seen on some sites) I'd expect a premium of cooling performance. It won't be the quietest thing, as it uses a 70mm fan that reaches a screaming 48db at full blast. The Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu is a much better value (and quieter) for only a bit over $30.
