Anyone seen P4 1.4 and 1.5 GHz CPUs at their distributors?

seems like mine just popped up. they have both the 1.4 and the 1.5 GHz version bundled with 64MB 800MHZ RDRAM
Quite expensive though, 958 and 1155, respectively.

can anyone else confirm that their distributor also has them in stock?
