Anyone seen MXM modules for sale?

I have just bought and built an Aopen 1559-AS with the following parts 1.6dothan @ 2.133, 1.25mb ddr/533 40gb SATA drive, and a dvd/cdrw combo drive. The machine came with a 6600go in a MXM module and I was wondering if anyone has seen any different cards for sale e.g. 6800 or ATI range.
