Being a huge fan of the original Grinch, I found the first half rather boring. But the second half made the whole movie worthwhile, I loved it. And Jim Carrey does the Grinch perfectly.

Carrey sounds like he's trying to do a Sean Connery impression every time I hear the movie trailer. Weird.

I watched it but was not very impressed at all (but then again, in all fairness, I'm not a big Jim Carey fan). I thought it was rather boring, but the kids seem to like it though.

A good hint: don't take very young kids to this movie, as they might get scared from it. I saw several youngsters that were scared to death leaving the theatre in mid-movie.

Ain't it strange imagery? I keep on thinking of "James Bond" underneath all that green makeup gettin' it on with the ladies. I can't let go of that thought for some stupid reason ...
