i thought it would be out in more theaters in LA... but it's hardly in any.

if you've seen it can you tell me what you think about it?

BTW... that chick is one hell of a cutie... now only to find a desi chick that is that promiscious...

I'll probably see it eventually. I believe it's playing at the same theater that I saw American Desi in. Do you know of any website that's reviewed this movie?

I think ABCD means American Born Confused Desi where Desi is a term for Indian.

Yes, it's an INDIAN (said loudly?) movie. Some of you may have heard of American Desi; this is similar to that.

No, haven't seen it yet, xyyz. Probably wait till it's out on tape.

I really don't wanna see it, but some of my indian friends want to see it, so i might just go with them. i guess it can't be that bad since it was recognized at some of the festivals and a lot of the newspapers in the US gave it pretty good reviews

ABCD = American Born Confused Desi...

a desi is a reference to someone from south asia... not just someone who's indian... pakistanis, bangeldeshis, even nepali and possibly afghanis (pathans) are considered desi

there are a slew of reviews on this movie almost all of them really good. the LA Times did this feature story on the movie.


i'm kinda in disagreement with the character of Nina... desi chicks like that are very few and far between... most desis chicks are prudes (unless they're from NJ). but he's accurate about these kinda' chicks... they'll only pork white guys... so to my caucasian colleagues... get 'em while they're hot.
