anyone seen a TDK 1616N? info? prices?

Not sure if it's a straight rebadge or they just use NEC chips, but it has a purty bezel (just like my TDK badged NEC1100), so if they are = NEC and within a couple $, I want one ... but nobody seems to be selling them yet?
