Anyone see the video of the guy ran over in CA?

I am looking for it online right now but i cannot find it. I saw it on the local news this morning, where the guy was in the fender bender and tried to get away and ran over someone while doing so. Some how the guy only had bruises and scrapes though?

I found it pretty disturbing at first, but it was actually interesting to see the guy roll though...

The rapper guy? If that's the one, the video looked like he should've been a lot more injured than he was. The other guy driving was one scary looking dude.
