Saw a preview for Underworld before SWAT tonight...I gotta say, Werewolf vs. Vampire is a much better concept than Freddy vs. Jason.

trueee. Going to go watch that when it comes out though obviously the vamps will win

so do you guys think that freddy is dead? (at the very end, you see jason come out of the water carrying freddy's be-headed head, but he winks @ the audience)

This movie was great! I just came back from it. Remember all the great (horrible) horror flicks in the 80's, when you were a kid? I am not talking about intelligent films like Sixth Sense or Signs. Those are adult scary movies. I am talking naked big breasted girls, dumb drunks, and awesome slashing and blood!

2003 marks the return of the great horror films!

I thought it was pretty good....made $36mil in the box office first week, better than American wedding with only 8 million.

yeah, thats what was great about it.
it was a classic, poorly made, badly acted horror movie with a trite plot and open-ending. isnt that what you were expecting? or did the other Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street movies stir such emotion in the ATOT community that this movie was a dissapointment?
granted, it was not as good as some of the others in the series...but...its a stupid idea to begin with. its like a fanboys wetdream. soon, im sure, Alien vs. Predator. will be out. (although that sort of happened in that short batman thing)

What REALLY happens:

Fred and Daphne go running around the camp alot while Scooby and Shaggy hide in a kitchen and end up eating all the food because of a case of the munchies. Meanwhile, Velma unmasks Jason and they find out that he's really Old Mr. Whithers and just wanted to scare kids off of the camp so he could sell the land to a developer.
