I don't usually venture out at ATOT, but I thought I'd ask since he hangs around here. I bought some stuff off of him more than a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. Anyone see him around or have any news on him? Not particularly worried that he's a scam, more worried about the fact that he hasn't been around...

This thread has been seen and actions are commencing. If anyone has any info about Crono, please post it.

I had transaction in past that was very delayed and no communication.

Eventually got product. I think he had some sort of family emergency in my case.

I kind of get impression he is disorganized, though.

Seriously? You're going to call him out like this? What type of scam are you running? I heard it was counterfeit CPUs. Are you still doing that?

Callouts are usually bad, but pointing out bad traders can only help the community and mods. Now people won't buy stuff from him, won't have a bad AT trade experience, and the mods won't have to deal with more users having issues.

I see nothing wrong with this thread.

It is not the proper forum for it. It should be posted in PFI; it will only get lost in the shuffle here, if it were postedi n the proper forum the mods would be able to see it sooner and act accordingly.

and if warranted it would get added to the do not trade list in FS/FT, where everyone should always check anyway.

1. Admin can freely move threads if needed.
2. You're right, it's probably not, but it wasn't exactly the original intent of OP. I suppose if the post was worded differently people will still start coming forward, such as what happened here.
3. It's good to know I'm not the only one in this situation. Since you're not affected, let us who are affected take care of it. Admin has stepped up to resolve this, so I don't see any need for anyone to express opinions in this thread.



*Update* I disputed on Paypal, Crono did take action and refunded me the money, so he's alive 🙂
 
well, good to hear that he's still alive. was starting to become afraid he'd be another acemcmac 🙁

No, you're not affected. You don't have money taken from you and left empty handed. Let's use some common sense. The admin is handling this, you said what you needed to say, the thread has been moved, and people seem to be cooperating (including Crono behind the scene). This no longer concerns you.

And I advice peeps who are in an ongoing transaction with Crono to perhaps look into filing a dispute on paypal. It might be easier for him to refund you or reach a resolution rather than waiting for him to take the initial action.
