If anything, I think that Arsenio should be pissed. He was Jay's guest, then Jay brings in Magic (who of course gets a standing ovation) and just pushed Arsenio off to the side. I was like WTF!!! Arsenio is your guest!! Treat the man with a little respect! Normally, when they bring folks like that on to surprise a guest, they just make a brief stage appearance then leave. Magic just sat down and ate Arsenio's pie! NO DICE!!!:|

He didn't look pissed, but I know I would have been!

That'd be all the same if Natalie Portman was Jay's guest, then he brought on Heidi Klum during Natalies time spot and just pushed her off to the side.

And mind you, this was right in the middle of Arsenio's spot--even before the commercial break.

And MAGIC was the ASSHOLE!:| They showed a picture of Arsenio when he was in his white band uniform and Magic said that he looked like a black tampon!

OK, here's the deal from what I can gather:

1) sysadmin is pissed at Arsenio for something he did (what I don't know, he didn't even say what he's talking about)
2) I feel that Arsenio did NOTHING to embarras himself or Magic.
3) Magic was the one being an a$$ by crashing Arsenio's spot, taking his seat, then dissin' him in the process ALL during Arsenio's time segment.
4) I feel that Jay shouldn't have let Magic move on in and &quot;push&quot; Arsenio off to the side during Arsenio's spot

Yeah if i were Mr. Hall id be pissed (that is of course unless he knew about it the whole time)


And a big F U to Leno if this was a stunt that Aresnio didnt know about.. I've seen it done before, in different situations too. Like when one of the previously interviewed guests talks while the 2nd guest is taking his/her turn. You know how some of the big mouths in hollywood just cant stop talking because of thier inflated ego's.

It had to be scripted up to some point. Jay asked about Arsenio's nick name which was &quot;Magic&quot; when he was a kid b/c he did magic tricks. Then he talked about how his nick name got dropped with &quot;Magic&quot; Johnson came around. That part was most definitely scripted.

Now, this is where it gets iffy...did Jay get Magic on without letting Arsenio know? Who knows?

I thought that Arsenio was rude. He would not shut up! He was interupting everyone who tried to talk. He was trying to be funny, he wasnt. He wouldnt sit still, I dont know what he was on, but I have a pretty good idea. Telling the bird lady, &quot;She called me an elephant, maybe I should show her my trunk&quot; was rude, a grown man telling a woman that he doesnt know, I should show you my d!ck? WTF? Dont you guys think that it was planned that Magic was appearing. I dont think that Magic Johnson would be in the building and no one would know about it? Its just my opinion that Ars was an a$$.

I started watching latenight TV around 1995/96, and Letterman's &quot;Late Show&quot; was way better than The Tonight Show. I guess that's why ive always been a fan of Dave's. Leno seems to scripted, too rehearsed. This was all before Conan mind you.
