Anyone see a problem with running a Iwill KK266 + 1.2Ghz "C" athlon using a GeForce 2 GTS and this add-on PCI video card? I'm contemplating buying that card from Circuit City so that i can watch movies on my TV and use my second monitor for dual display.

ATI and Nvidia in the same Box!!!!! ARRGGGHHH!! are you in for some tons -o- trouble....
These guys definately do not play nice nice together.

Why don't you just buy a new video card like a 5700 Ultra or even cheaper if you wish to a 5200 Ultra and use the DVI+analog converter plus the regular analog out. As far as using two video cards together, you can't. With the newer cards, you could use Nvidia's NVIEW technology.

you sure about that? cause ive done it before myself an i think youre mistaken.

id be wary of mixing brands because of driver issues, but im certain 2 nvidia cards work together fine, and two ati cards shouldnt have a problem together.

you could get a pci gf4mx440 at newegg with tvout for 60 or less
or maybe a 5200 (they have a pci of that i believe)

yeah i'm looking for a cheap solution and finally decided on a PCI MX440 with TV-out for 40 bucks shipped. Hopefully that'll work with my GTS2 for dual display. I don't play many games so i don't need any cutting edge video cards. My GTS2 plays quake III and UT fine.
