I'm running XP Pro and Vista RC1.
No problems in XP but in RC1 the drivers ATI released don't work. I get no acceleration from my hardware.

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Well...I did a clean install, solved the problem.

New problem...
In XP I use ATiTool to control the fan speed to cool the card.
Doesn't work in RC1. What do i use? Anybody know?

No tool yet for Vista. ATT and ATITool are both incompatible.

CCC will handle some o/c but can't do the fan settings.

Felt too lazy to create my own thread so I'm just gonna piggyback off this one. Anyone know why when I installed ATI's beta drivers for VISTA RC2, I lose the aero interface?

Vista correctly recognizes my X800XL and Aero was availble...

So how are we supposed to do any gaming in Vista without our temps shooting the moon?

I'd like to know this too.

The latest vista drivers that worked with my All-in-Wonder (and even then just for VGA out, no TV capture) were the ones for Beta 5270.
Beta-2 and RC-1 drivers do not work AT ALL.

Really want to get Vista64 drivers that work for the TV capture.

You don't :D

Besides, even the latest ATi driver set sucks. Performance is nowhere near what it is under Windows XP.

Ray Adams has said he won't update ATT to work with Vista until it is a final product, and I imagine the other authors are following a similar schedule.
