I really don't like the memory issues that I'm having with Lollipop, so I want to get CM13 and upgrade to Marshmallow.
Unfortunately, I really really like the Samsung camera app.
- HDR is real-time. No waiting around for the camera to take three separate shots like all the other camera apps. Just one shot and in less than the blink of an eye the different exposures have been taken and blended together.
- HDR preview is also real-time.
- 4K Video is possible, as well as 60fps+ video for slow motion.
- fingerprint reader works great for unlocking things like Lastpass.
Will I be losing all of these features by moving to Cyanogen CM13 Marshmallow?
I upgraded my Nexus 7 2013 to Marshmallow and despite have the same amount of RAM, it always has several hundred MB free compared to my S5 with the same apps, it runs smoother, but the camera doesn't have HDR or selectable FPS or video resolutions.
