I've got a Debian 11.5 system running as a media server and I'm kind of curious to install an A770 on it. Supposedly its AV1 encoding capability is pretty nice, and it would be neat just to play around with. Has anyone messed with these cards yet? My understanding is that I'll need kernel 6.0+, which with Debian sounds like a mess, but that's half the fun. If I do this, I'll have to migrate off of ZFS or wait since they don't seem to officially support 6.0 yet. They are working on 6.1 support, so maybe it'll work?
