Heya,

I own a Abit BX6r2 and am wanting to buy a P3 700 for it, hopefully to get 933+. I was wondering if anyone is running this sort of system and if they have had any problems with the motherboard running at those sorts of speed.

Thanks in advance.

Mine runs at 933 on a BE6. (not the BE6 II) I think it was the next BX board after the BX6 I just had to flash my bios.

smooth as silk.

I have an Abit BX 6 Rev 2. PIII 700E with Golden Orb.
Crucial Ram cas 222. I haven´t tested it excessivly, but it does
966 without probs in 3dmark, sandra and q3 benches(including torture)

I got all this at default voltage. If your RAM is good, and you get a cBO stepping, your chances are very good. I got 1003 in windows and sandra, but could run 3d games. I could up the voltage, but my v3 is limiting me anyway, so i´ll wait till i get a new vidcard.

Go for it with a Gorb....
