Anyone run Powerdesk Pro 5?

I'm running Powerdesk Pro 5 (with the latest easyupdates) Windows XP Pro. When I right click on a media file, like a AVI or a jpg, it waits a second then I get a error box and it crashes. I *thought* it might be one of my components, but I rebuilt my PC (new MB/CPU/video/memory) and same thing. I also re-installed WIN XP, the "overwrite" option, although it didn't seem to overwrite everything?

I am upset because I love PD but this problem is just too big to deal with and keep running the software. Something as simple as right clicking to rename an image and *BAMO!* it's crash time.

any euggestions? I'm sure some of you run Powerdesk Pro 5, and I had the same exact problem with 4!
