Anyone remember this old B/W horror episode?

I checked the episode listings for Night Gallery and Twilight Zone, but may have missed it.

It was about a guy being chased by some force, the final ending was him seeing himself in paintings and running from them....finally up a staircase to a picture showing his fall from them and death.

Anyone remember this ?

Not exactly as you described it, but could it be the Night Gallery "The Cemetery" episode?

I love Twilight Zone but have never heard of Night Gallery. Weird. Need to look that up.

Not exactly as you described it, but could it be the Night Gallery "The Cemetery" episode?

is that the one where a family member was playing serious mind games with him? Changing paintings and such?

lol it was b/w for me because in the 70's I had a b/w TV in my bedroom 🙂
