Anyone remember the small snap-on joystick thingie?

Maybe you remember the small thing you could clip-on the arrow keys to get a small joystick.

I need to get one but can not find a source.
Like to play MOHAA + RtCW with mouse and this joystick thingie.

I remember back in the day, they made one for the original NES. But I guess that doesn't really help.
