<< I have over 25000 magic cards  >>

lmao... Don't get me started with those... I was too busy collecting hockey cards at the time to understand the damn game. My cousin, however, was like you, if it involved cards that possed magical powers, he would be collecting it. Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars, Marvel, you name it.. :frown:

Ah, pogs. I've got tubes and tubes of those things out in the garage somewhere. I've also got 11 binders packed with basketball cards, I used to be a fanatic about collecting basketball cards. It kind of wore away though.

The POG juice is just great! As for POGS, everybody knows the coolest part of that fad was the slammers.

I remember those, they were cool for like 6 months. Then their popularity died a horrible, flaming death as they disappeared from existance :)

I remember in school kids use to get into fights over POGS, like who won, etc... Kids ened up crying because they had lost them, lol.

Slammers were cool, but the real heavy ones made dents in the pogs, which totally sux0rd...

You want an investment hole? Try hard drives and RAM. There is so little return that even manufacturers think it sucks.

I totally remember POGS. I collected them somewhat, but the best were the Slammers, remember them? I had a few that were so huge...it was crazy! All for the fun of a few $$ as you got like between 10 and 20 of them for $1 or so? Now you've got me thinking to find this one slammer I had...red see-thru plastic with a golden dragon on it...

Hahhaa, man POGS were horrible, I collected the cool slammers, but never played the game. I was more of a comic collector, must've spent thousands on those damn books. I have around 10 boxes of those, the long ones for comics only? How much do they hold per box? Anyway...

On ALF, hell yeah! I had Alf bedsheets, curtains, pillows and more. That dude was the bomb! Whatever happened to him?

I remember when POGs infected the San Diego Comic Con. It was sick! All of us comic-book kids just rolled our eyes at how *lame* the POG people were.

Oh well. I'm glad they're gone!

well the series ended with the UFO coming to get him and he had to decide between the human family and his old family, and the cop sirens were in the background...then it said "TO BE CONTINUED" as the end of the season, but there were no more seasons so thats how it ended.

they did an Alf tv movie like 3 years ago, but it was done with different people and i would rather forget that it ever happened

I collected comic books too, with my cousin. We each had one of those comic book boxes to our own, and we decorated them with magazine cut-outs, and other cool stuff. I clearly remember mine had this huge Iron Man picture on one of the sides... ah those were the days :)

My fav comic is the one were Wolverine got this Adamantium ripped out by Magneto, the cover had a holographic card glued to it, and the cover art was frikkin' awesome :D I have another cousin who had a copy "The Uncanny X-Men" issue #1 autographed by none other than Stan Lee himself.

I should take some screens of my pog collection... stupid web-cam went haywire on me though :(

It doesnt appear as if someone has caught on that he is quoting an episode of the Simpons. It was the one where Bart sold Milhouse his soul for $5. Bart realizes his mistake and comes back for it to only find that his friend traded it for pogs....
