anyone recommend some good INTERNET monitoring software?

Need something that's tamper proof and works invisibly behind the scenes.

BTW: This is for a legitimate business need of a client. One employee has already been fired based on a list of the cookies on her computer (She deleted the history) and more are to follow. Personally, I'd rather the situation stay as is because I make money fixing their FU's but the boss is all over me for monitoring software.

I think Dan's Guardian is a piece of software that works with the Squid web proxy to deal with this kind of thing.

IE's a browser. It'll work with IE.

Squid runs on Windows, so maybe there is another package you can load on top of it that runs on inferior OSes.
