Anyone recommend good "cheap" domain hosting?

Just wondering if anyone here can recommend a good, somewhat cheap domain hosting, preferably one that does the registration as well.

This isn't going to be a HUGE traffic site - just a simple Quake 2 clan site, a few hits a day, nothing more. I'm looking at something with CGI, at least 15 MB of space, maybe a couple of POP3 accounts. I've looked into some "top-notch" hosts others have recommended me to, but for all purposes, I really don't think it would be worth the $15-$25 a month for a simple Q2 clan site getting around 10 hits a day or so. Just looking for something simple that people have had personal experience with and can recommend as a good, somewhat cheap host. Thanks!

i decided to go with them after much research into many hosts. so far so good, and easy to manage. :)

EDIT: fwiw, i chose the economy plan. $9.95/mo, 200MB, unlimited email accounts/forwards, etc. very nice..

FOr what its worth, I've never needed to contact customer service. Only one time in the past three years has my site been unavailable when I've tried to hit it, and that was when the company moved to a larger building and the server was in a truck :) Honeslty I don't know how pairs' customer service is. I make the pages and upload 'em, as long as they keep the server up i'm happy :)
