Anyone recommend a good multi-vitamin?

I've been sick with mono for three weeks and I'm just now recovering. I can't do any drinking or other immuno-depressing activities for at least 8 weeks, so there goes Christmas, New Years, and my birthday. Anyways, in attempts to circumvent this problem and for general health purposes, I wanted to try and get on a multi-vitamin (even though I've never really been a big advocate of that type of thing).

My grandma some how got ahold of like 400 brand new bottles of One-A-Day vitamins in all types, and I tried taking a One-a-Day Maximum today and almost choked to death. Granted, my tonsils are still fairly swollen but there is no denying that these things are horse pills. Do any of you guys have some good recommendations for vitamins that aren't so damn big? And what are your experiences with these types of vitamins in general?

GNC has liq. multi-vits too, just as good if not better than their pill counter parts, if u have any other questions you can PM me

also you can try capsules, cuz they are smaller, and easier to swallow, but you might have to take two instead of just one tablet

Break the pill an half like I do or if thats still to big, crush it and put it in a drink!
