Anyone recomend a *stylish* night table clock?

Don't want a clock radio, don't want something that is huge and clunky, don't want something that is ugly. It has to be stylish and cool looking. All it needs to do is tell the time. Must be some way of telling time in the dark, either backlit when button is pressed or LED lit. Alarm not 100% necessary as I don't tend to use one but good to have. Again I don't care for a clock radio but if it's a really nice looking one and not obviously a radio it might be ok.

I chose to take that seriously, since odd ideas like that might produce something worth using. However that would be too small and inconvenient and the tie rack too big

It doesn't sound like you need a clock, because you don't want it to do things that most clocks are used for.

it would probably be easier to find a wall clock that meets most of your needs, except perhaps being visible in the dark.

but why are you opposed to an alarm clock? that's what 99.99% of "table clocks" are (because really, who needs a table clock?)

I use an older minute/hour hand one... but its kinda hard to see the hands in the dark. Look on Amazon, theres tons of analog and digital back-lit clocks.
