Anyone publish Venice to Paris core comparisons?

Sorry to be a broken record on posting a similar subject a while ago but I havent gotten any closer to an answer yet.

From reading this is what I understand.
(remember I used forums to determine this because I have not seen any formal articles)

Venice is a better overclocker.
Paris is a better performer only in applications like databases not normal usage.

Personally I would just like a reference to a published article is someone has one. Forums get very cluttered and compare 2 not similar configs.

Paris is the 130nm core used for s754 Semprons. Only the old 3100+ Sempies use this core. Paris was replaced with Palermo, which is basically a half the L2 cache Venice, and now comes with SSE3 as well. Clock for clock, Venice is a better performer than Paris/Palermo, no matter how you look at it, but the performance difference will be small. Maybe a couple percent.

My bad. Thanks for the correction I meant to say SanDiego compared to venice. Will start a new thread.
