Well guys I thought I bought an Alpha fan..not sure of the model but according to my asus probe, its only running at about 3500 rpms...is that good? Well anyways I put some case fans did some tying of cables yada yada, and my mobo temp is 26 celisus while my cpu is 43 c, however under load my cpu climbs up to about 49 c (heavy load) and my mobo stays around 26-29 tops. Do I need a new HSF? and should I go with the hedgehog? or with the taisol? I am not doing extreme OCing....thansk guys

Its a T-bird 900mhz (Not OCING, if I did probally only to 1ghz) w an Asus a7v, (BIOS version is 1004D), Got a midtower Antec Case, 300w psu. And as for devices I got a Geforce 2 GTS, 256mb of PC133 CAS2RAM, CDRW, CDROM, HD, Floppy...yada yada yada....anyways I ordered a Global FOP38 just cuz my buddy was getting one, said he would get me one too...he owes me money lol.....anyways I'll install this, put a new chasis fan, and an exhaust in my case. But other then that....what are my expected temps? What should I aim for my cpu temp to be under idle, and under full load?

PS I look int he bios and theres in option stating.....CPU STANDBY IN IDLE....or sumtin like that.......should I enable or disable that option?
