Anyone played with Apple's Aperture software?

I watched it being demoed at the Lenox Mall Apple Store this evening. It was running on a "quad core" G5 with a nVidia 6600 GPU and 30" cinema display. While it doesn't offer all the functionality of Photoshop CS2, it's a very powerful companion product. I was "wowed" by it. I am also impressed how OS X can transfer so much "2D" load to the GPU and do edits in real time. OS X truly makes XP look like something out of the Stone Age. And it's sad to see Microsoft curtailing the expectations for Vista when it's still a year away. Vista still won't catch up to where Apple is today IMO.

I think I've have to get a Yonah iMac MINI sometime next Fall when it comes out.
