Anyone played Mario Party 4 and 5?

I'm going to go pick one up to play during our annual Xmas eve DrinkFest. Anyone played both and have opinions? I'm sure both are a lot alike, but I heard 4 was better then 5.

I've played both. Both have different games, that's all 🙂

Depends what type of mini-games you prefer... I liked both equally.

I used to own Mario Party 4, and didn't like it too much. The mingames were fun, but the gameboards were BORING. On the reviews I've read about 5, it has some minor features that should sway your opinion towards it over 4. If I were you, I'd not waste my money and just rent it. You won't play it by yourself, it's pointless. I learned this the hard way.

Yeah, it's rented everywhere. My friends and I get together a few times a month to play the Cube and just hang out. So it's probably worth it.
