Anyone play Tropico 4 Voodoo DLC yet?

I picked up the game during the Steam Sale, this DLC looks interesting, but I can't find any reviews on it. It's only $5 but I seem to constantly be getting sucked into the "it's only $5" steam mentality, and now I have a log of cheap games I might never even play, or even install. Is this any fun? I've yet to play the actual game.

It's only a building, trait, outfit for your avatar, and one mission. If it's like the Plantador or Junta DLC, it will also have a half dozen small decoration items.

I love Tropico 4, having about a hundred hours into it, but I'll wait to get it 75%. I wish they put out more proper expansions. What I want is more long campaigns on new islands.
