Anyone play the Jurrasic Park Farcry Mod?

Anyone play the Jurrasic Park Farcry multiplayer mod yet? I think it just came out but I haven't heard much buzz. I was kinda geeked about this mod when I first heard about it. However, the single player mod is still only showing 30% finished (after over a year working on it) here.

Under the progress table, it says it was last updated March of 2004... if they are still working on it, I would assume (hopefully) that they are quite a bit further than that nearly a year later.

That's what I'm saying. Is there more info somewhere? Anyone have any inside scoop? I"m still on dial up - someone else try the mod....

Here's a short message about the mod at the Far Cry forums: Jurassic Park Mod

Someone there mentioned that the maps weren't too good, which is too bad. The Far Cry engine was made for Jurassic Park. The first time I played through that game, all I could think was that a dinosaur would jump out at me at any moment.

This other mod, X-Isle, looks promising: X-Isle Mod

The site's in German though.

Anyone know anything about potential expansion packs or Far Cry 2? Far Cry was so great - the first game where I actually felt the atmosphere.
