Anyone play Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance for PS2?

I was wondering if the game is any good and also if the fatalities in the game are done through a cut-scene(cinematic) or in the same game state as when you're fighting.......just curious.....thanks!

The game is pretty good and the fatality is cool. 🙂

The fatality is done in a cut-scene but it's almost look like it's in the same stage you fight in. I didn't pay too much attention to it as to whether it's same stage or not, but it's bloody. 😀

I have the game and to be honest, it's just another rehash of all the others.

Not great, not bad, but probably not worth the money they charge for it.

I liked Soul Calibur 2 much better.

But I guess it really depends on the type of game your are into.

I kinda like it. It isn't much of a typical mortal kombat game. You can choose between different fighting styles. The fatalities are in a cut screen cinematic type thing.

Is it pretty tough to memorize the button combo's for fatalities? I remember back in the day knowing almost all of the character's fatalities.......games have gotten tougher in the later years though......any thoughts?

It's a little harder than previous version's fatalities, so...

But i assume whoever played the game LONG enough should be alble to memorize fatalities for all the characters.
