I got the game Messiah, and it came with a patch. I installed the game and the patch. It gets through all the opening scenes, but then when it gets to where the game should start, it says it can't work because of a failure with glide32. What does this mean? Could it be the video card? It's a 4x prorage turbo (came with computer). IF that's the prob, what kind of video card should I get? It says I need a video card that can support Glide.

Thanks
Goldie

Make sure you haven't got Glide selected in the video properties. Glide is 3dfx's proprietary API and the reason they're out of business now. Select D3D and you should be good to go. I haven't gotten into it yet, but I know it runs on my rig.

You MUST have the latest drivers
Pentium II 233

64MB RAM
Microsoft Direct Sound Compliant Sound Card
Microsoft Compatible Mouse Keyboard
Installation Space Required - 600MB

RECOMMENDED SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Pentium II 300 or better
- PCI or AGP 3D Accelerator Card with 16MB RAM or better
- Try to have about 300MB free on your hard drive when playing the game.
- Close ALL OTHER PROGRAMS before running Messiah.
- To speed up your disk access speed, do a disk defragment after
installing the game (Click on Start-> Programs-> Accessories->System Tools-> Disk Defragmenter)
- Play the game using 16 bit color mode selected in the OPTIONS->VIDEO
