Anyone play Axis & Allies D-Day edition?

i played axis and allies original. is dday the same game but on a westerrn europe scale?
PS i've seen the new rts a&a game but it just doesn't seem that fun

yeah but that was a long time ago...... I can't remember it. I also played "Conquest" or something like that made in the same series but it was about the roman emipre.

I'm wondering the same... I know there is a PC A&A, but I think most of the people here are referring to the board games.
